According to Makarov, if the leadership of the state makes a decision on the conduct of hostilities, in the present circumstances such conflicts are completed very quickly, and then comes the post-conflict settlement, which takes months, years or even decades.
"And here the armed forces decided not peculiar to them of the problem. We envisage that our armed forces must solve the complex problems", - said the general.
According to him, many states in this regard carry out such tasks in the statutes of its armed forces. "It's done and we will," - said the head of the Russian General Staff.
